Get your house key from the developer: Once the property is completed, the developer will hand over the keys to the buyer.

 

Make an appointment us: The buyer can make an appointment with the Building Defect Management at a convenient time.

House defect inspection: On the day of the inspection, Building Defect Management will send a team of professionals to the property to conduct a detailed inspection. Our team will inspect the property for any defects, such as cracks in walls, uneven flooring, faulty electrical wiring, leaking pipes, and other issues.

Detailed report within 5-7 days: After the inspection is complete, we will provide a report that lists all the defects found during the inspection, along with photographs.

Submit the report to the property developer: The buyer will need to submit the inspection report to the property developer, along with a request for rectification of the defects listed in the report. The buyer may also request a timeline for the rectification work.

Defect rectification by the developer: Once the property developer receives the inspection report, they will assess the defects listed in the report and plan for rectification work.

Call us for a re-inspection: After the rectification work is completed, the buyer can contact the inspection company to schedule a re-inspection. The inspection team will inspect the property again to ensure that all the defects have been rectified.

Renovation or move-in by owner: Once the defects have been rectified, the buyer can proceed with any planned renovations or move into the property. The buyer can rest assured that the property is free of any major defects and is safe for occupancy.
