Re-purchase Inspection

As such, Building Defect Management's adherence to ANNEX A of CIS7:2021 ensures that our clients receive comprehensive and accurate defect inspection reports, enabling them to take appropriate action to rectify any identified issues and ensure that their newly constructed properties meet the highest quality standards.

 The findings of a commercial inspection can help property owners and buyers make informed decisions about the property. For example, a buyer may use the results of an inspection to negotiate the price of the property or to request repairs before closing the sale. The reinspection process typically involves a comprehensive examination of the property, including identifying the rectification work done by the developer or contractor on the highlighted defect and evaluating the workmanship and quality of work done by them.

The purpose of a reinspection is to identify any issues that may have been missed by the developer or contractor during the rectification work highlighted from the last inspection. Once the defects are identified, they can be prioritized, and a plan of action can be developed to address them.
